With this Air Maintenance Unit, you provide your pneumatic tools with the care they need. The unit is easily installed between your compressor and air tools. Once you set the desired pressure and oil level, maintenance takes place automatically during use—leaving you with virtually no extra effort.
The triple functionality ensures your pneumatic tools stay in optimal shape: first, the air is dehumidified, allowing only moisture-free air to flow through your compressed air system. This prevents rust and corrosion in your tools. Second, the built-in pressure regulator (with a bar pressure gauge) lets you precisely adjust the air pressure to your desired level, ensuring a consistent and steady airflow. This is essential for accurate and consistent performance while protecting your equipment from damage caused by excessive pressure.
Finally, this unit features an oil atomizer with an adjustable oil supply – ranging from fully off to maximum atomization. Many pneumatic tools, such as an impact wrench or tacker, require a constant, small amount of oil to operate smoothly and reduce wear. For other tools, like a paint sprayer or air blower, less or even no oil is needed. With the adjustable atomization, you can easily fine-tune the exact oil supply to match your tool's requirements.

Universally Compatible and Easy to Install

The unit offers an airflow capacity (volume flow) of 100-300 liters per minute and is suitable for a maximum pressure of 10 bar. Thanks to the EURO/DIN 7.2 mm coupling, it is universally compatible and, of course, fits seamlessly with VONROC air tools. Additionally, the unit is equipped with a drainage plug for easy maintenance and condensate removal, as well as an integrated bracket for wall mounting. This ensures safe and convenient installation, keeping it ready for use at all times.
